For this summer’s Weiss in the Wild theme, the space is turned into a jungle complete with branches and monkeys hanging from the ceiling while animal noises play in the background. The ambiance is perfect for sipping one of the drinks on the Weiss in the Wild cocktail menu, which is divided into vodka, gin, rum, absinthe and moonshine options.

  • There are several drinks with a summer flair, such as Grow A Girlfriend, a gin and cucumber cocktail with elderflower liqueur and lemon juice served in an elephant glass; Topsy’s Revenge, a fruity and easy-to-sip vodka-based drink with a hint of vanilla and garnished with a tiny monkey (and even tinier ones hang from your drink cup); or Trop Cherry, made with Weiss Straightjacket Gin, lime, peach, mango, dragonfruit and pomegranate shaken with ice and topped with M. Lawrence Green.
